| Did you know that many
lamps and reflective devices have to satisfy certain visibility
requirements as outlined in SAE standards? (S5.3.1.1).
For example, a taillamp has to meet certain photometric
performance at 45° inboard. As you can see from the photo
below, it is possible that some aftermarket accessories may
create a noncompliance of this requirement. |
